Kentucky Maple Syrup

Straight from sugar maples at the farm

We're working hard to gather sap from sugar maples in these cold months in preparation to cook it down in to yummy, 100% natural maple syrup!  Did you know it takes 60 gallons of sap to create one gallon of maple syrup?

Sap is gathered from the trees in January - March, and then undergoes a 10-hour cooking process, during which it transforms into the maple syrup we enjoy on pancakes.  Nothing is added during this process, so you're enjoying a truly natural product of the forest.

We've shared some limited supply of small 4oz sampler jars in past years with friends and family, and will extend this still-limited offer to friends of Rain and Shine as well, as supplies allow us to.  In 2024 and beyond, we aspire to offer maple syrup in a more moderate supply as one of our flagship products.
